- Pasteurized in the HTST pasteurizer.
- The pasteurized juice/nectar flows to the juice tank.
- The pasteurized juice/nectar is pumped to the filling machine (bags, bottles, Jugs, cartons).
- The final product is transferred to the cooling room.
