- The milk is pumped from the raw milk tank to the pasteurizer (HTST or batch pasteurizer).
- Fat is separated from the milk.
- After pasteurization and fat separation, milk can be homogenized (optional).
- At this stage, different flavors can be added to the milk, such as fruit flavors or chocolate.
- The milk is then pumped into the filling machine and packed (in bags, bottles, cartons).
- The final product is transferred to the cooling room.
